Service rendered: DV License Plate application and expired vehicle registration renewal Time in store: 30 minutes Review: Been using the tax office for years and it has always been a nightmare which is why i decided to try Fry Auto Title out. i was in and out of there in under 30 minutes. would have been 5 minutes but there was a unorthodox issue with an old custom plate of mine that caused the hold up (100% on me and not Fry). never experienced a registration renewal + DV license plate registration be so easy. it felt like what the DMV would be like without all the tape to get through. Staff was super helpful and kind. One lady (longer grey hair and was wearing a purple shirt; so sorry ma'am, i am horrible with names) helped me out past the closing time and didn't give me any attitude w

We came in with a complicated transaction. Sharon took care of us and was very knowledgeable and kind. We where missing a document and came back to finish the process and Sandra was also great! Thank you!!

I was denied a permanent disability placard because i was told it was too early to get it and to come back months later after my temperary placard expired. When i came back months later they said my prescription was expired. I tried another title company and they gave my disability placard right away. I was given mis information twice and waisted time and did have access to my disability parking accommodations. I will be putting in a complaint to BBB and never returning to this location. The lady was caucacian, long hair and on the elderly side. She wouldnt give me her name to file a report.

Avoid if you have an out of state title. They wrote and handed me a Written post-it note instruction demanding I deliver full Microfilm from my prior state, quote, "in order to prove Sales Tax was collected'---then refused to look at or accept a detailed written receipt generated by the other state proving sales tax Was, in fact, already collected (and paid) there = terrible communicators. Ended up using the county-owned tag agency who completed entire transaction in 15 minutes (without question or microfilm demand).
