If I could, I would give this management company negative stars. My daughter has been renting an apartment from them for almost two years, and it has been plagued with constant problems. While we understand that such issues can arise, the management company’s responsiveness has been appalling. I would never hire them to manage any properties and certainly wouldn’t live in a unit where they are responsible for addressing any problems. As evident from their Google rating of just over three stars, their performance is far from satisfactory. I strongly advise you to exercise extreme caution before hiring them or residing in any unit they manage in South Florida. The negative reviews are entirely accurate. I am extremely disappointed with Frost Management’s handling of a very simple request. I emailed Mr. Alejandro Munoz daily for over a week asking for help accessing the tenant portal to pay my rent and to confirm where I pay my water. He incorrectly confirmed the City of Hollywood, then suggested contacting the Town of Davie—showing he does not know where tenants of the properties he manages pay their water. Even after daily emails, he did not respond until the sixth day, which caused me to incur a $75 late fee. The delay was entirely due to his failure to verify that the email I was using matched the account he was resetting—a basic step any property manager should handle correctly. AVOID this company at all costs. Manager, Alejandro Munoz is a frustrated, arrogant, impatient, disrespectful, and thinks he knows it all individual...doesn't know squat about the rentals he oversees. Whenever we had a telephone conversation, there was generally a child talking or crying in the background (unethical). Inn most cases, Alejandro would try to intimidate me by using a condescending tone. When I questioned him, he would get defensive, raise his voice, to the point of yelling (professional???LOL). He would escalate , not deescalate the situation (professional, ethical???) Obviously, he needs to feel powerful. The realtor Norman and Alejandro only care about MONEY and making a deal. They require copious amounts of paper work, for example, a 32 page lease for an apt rental

In particular, Felipe’s behavior has been especially concerning. His attitude has been disrespectful, unhelpful, and at times openly dismissive, which reflects poorly on the company as a whole. Customers should not have to tolerate discourteous interactions or feel disregarded when seeking assistance. What is equally troubling is that his supervisor, Alejandro, does not appear to correct or address this behavior. Rather than ensuring proper professionalism and respectful communication, he continues to allow these attitudes and actions to persist. This lack of oversight and accountability contributes to an overall negative experience and demonstrates a serious failure in management.

Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ "I have been working with Frost for more than 8 years, and they have made being a landlord completely stress-free. Their communication is excellent; I am always notified immediately of maintenance issues, but they handle the coordination so I don’t have to.
