Frontier Property Management

This is by far the WORST company I have ever rented from. I have one bathroom and for the last month my toilet will not flush unless it’s plunged multiple times. This is still not resolved, I had to call the city and file a complaint this morning. Oh and then there’s all of the water damage.. it rains in my kitchen when it rains outside. I have wood and drywall crumbling and falling down by my washer and dryer because of the water damage and it’s been a month at least and no one has even come to take a look at it. My dishwasher has not worked in at 3 months and is supposed to be getting replaced.. doubt that ever happens. They left me with a broken washer with 3 kids in the middle of winter last year for 2 months as well. I spent close to $400 at the laundry mat during that time period. I

I’ve had water coming out of my ceiling for days now, and I was told that I should not have called emergency maintenance for it. As usual, they’re ignoring this problem too. Courtney is the most incompetent person in the company and she’s the owner… Instead of fixing my issues my property mgr emailed me back saying “I can’t do this anymore I want to put in my 2 weeks.” So I guess she quit instead of addressing my issues? Then the new manager Amanda told me all my issues are cosmetic so they don’t have to fix them. This company is absolutely horrible and they treat their residents like trash. Renting from this company has been one of the worst experiences of my entire life. I would rate them negative stars if I could! Management is non-responsive. Frontier took over the building in June 2025 our cars got broken into. They stuck a note on our door to let us know they are taking over our leases. The previous owner FrontDoor Leasing DID NOT INFORM TENANTS that our building was being taken over by Frontier leasing. We had some what a unsecure feeling because FrontDoor took down their cameras in and outside the building and they are no more. The entire tenant parking where we park our cars were broken into. No, one from Frontier have reached out to us. I called 11 times and sent text messages and finally got a RUDE call center representative informing us that Frontier does not have to put up cameras. WE AS TENANTS SHOULD HAVEF BEEN INFORMEDOF CHANGES. THE LETTER WE RECEIVED WAS THAT FRONTIER IS TAKING OVER FROM FRONTDOOR LEASIMNG.

These landlords are SLUMLORDS. Do NOT RENT OUT TO THEM. I have a 2 year old and 2 pets. Moved in the middle of November. HEAT IS INCLUDED IN THE RENT I PAY, yet we had to buy space heaters to warm our home , and if we use to many it knocks our fuse box out and it takes 5+ hours for maintenance to come and do anything. It’s currently 9 degrees, and there’s no heat, nothing. 1 space heater is not going to do the job for my 2 bedroom 1000sqft apartment. Management doesn’t work Saturday and Sunday’s so you can’t contact ANYONE. I’ve had to mention heat more than 8 times!!! I’ve only lived here for a solid month today December 13th. We were displaced for 6 days because of the heat before and they gave us a $300 credit, that’s it!!!! Rent is $1480. This is UNACCEPTABLE, INHUMANE. I have to tempo

Terrible management! Icky property. This was easily the worst rental experiences I’ve ever had. I have a long rental history with excellent references and have never had an issue with any landlord until now. The property management constantly changed, phone numbers they gave out didn’t work, and it took several days to fix urgent issues like no hot water or broken AC — even in the middle of summer. They more than doubled the rent for the new lease with zero interior improvements, while the complex itself was littered with trash and overgrown yards. When I moved out, the property manager no call/no showed to our scheduled walkthrough, then charged me four extra days of rent even though I had already vacated (because it took 4 days for THEM to reschedule) It’s now been over two months a
