Paul is the inspector you hope you will get, but never do. He's like having a second dad to watch out for your interests and check everything and explain it all without judgment. The entire process from scheduling to the receipt of the report was streamlined, but it was even better than just streamlined. Paul took the time, and I mean REAL time, explaining details to me, working through it, and offering his expertise.
