I’ve lived here for a year. It all started when they stopped maintaining the property. To begin with , when I moved in the gate was an amenity to the property keeping it less saturated. It hasn’t been fixed in over 4/5 months causing the roads and houses to become over crowded. There are tenants that will park in your home or as soon as someone leaves, but when we moved in there was on the clock towing keeping things taken care of. I had a neighbor with 3 families in one house causing a HORRIBLE ROACH PROBLEM(sometimes I find 15/20 roaches in my traps). Lastly, there is no one who calls or texts you back in the front office. Whoever is in charge of front office really needs to take pride in our community. The exterminators they send out will lie and say they completed their job , but will

I have been living at Village Diamanté Apartments for a few months now and my family and I completely love it. It’s a quiet, friendly little community, and always kept clean by the head of maintenance, Chris. I also appreciate how friendly and professional the complex manager, Veronica is. She was so much help in making the move in process quick and easy! I would 100% recommend this complex to anyone looking for a nice place to make their home for their family!

My family and I love living here at the Village Diamanté apartments. We have a toddler and a dog and have never gotten any noise complaints whatsoever. We were referred over by my aunt who previously lived in the apartments for over a year! I love the cleanliness of the complex, thanks to Chris. As well as the fact that Veronica is always in the office and happy to help whenever we need something. Best apartments we’ve lived in by far!
