Fremont View Apartments - Modern Classic Collection

Amazing apartments and even better management. My girlfriend and I were one of the first few people to move into this complex back when it first opened up in October of 2024. It was absolutely wonderful living here. The whole neighborhood that the complex resides in is very friendly, and also visually beautiful. The Seattle views are also awesome. The units are new and very clean feeling, with great appliances. We didn’t have to worry about anything breaking which is a relief. Also a huge huge plus for these apartments is that the walls are thick and some of the units have concrete floors. You won’t hear your neighbors hardly ever from the inside of your apartment. The management is very wonderful and always on top of your needs. Keith (Property Manager) is wonderful and definitely tried

Talk about views! This apartment building, built into the hillside above 39th looks out over Fremont and the Aurora Bridge. The architecture is impressive for an apartment building, with very well considered positioning of apartments that share flowing and connected common spaces and capture as many views as possible while still offering privacy. The extensive metal work throughout the building speaks to craftsmanship, and the cast concrete stairs are a very nice touch! This building is a great addition to Fremont, and one has to admire a developer who saves a vintage building while adding much needed housing to the area.

I have photographed every unit in this building and can attest that each and every unit is unique. It's so nice to see new construction that isn't cookie-cutter or cheaply constructed. The layouts are well considered and the appliances are on the higher end of most new construction out there. The western sunset views and southern views across Fremont to the Aurora bridge, skyline and Mt. Rainier get more and more spectacular the higher up you go. The lower levels don't have the expansive views, but everyone in the building has access to a large common rooftop balcony with one of the best views in Fremont. Not to mention, it's an easy to walk to Fremont's endless restaurants, night life shopping, the Burke Gilman trail, the Fremont Troll, the Sunday market, there's just so much to do

This is a very unique building in an awesome pocket of Fremont. The rooftop especially has amazing views of lake union and downtown skyline. I lived just down street for years and this was just a hillside at one point so very cool how the developer was able to utilize the space.

What a unique structure! This building is a significant improvement to the neighborhood — providing life and vibrancy to the north side of 39th. The building materials are a definite upgrade from other projects in the area. Glad to see the existing structure was improved too! It’s great to have new homes facing the street on 39th.
