First, David was courteous, professional, and fixed the problem quickly and, it appears, completely. In future, it would be ideal if: (1) we knew approximately how many days/weeks the wait would be, and (2) were notified a bit beforehand that the maintenance person was going to arrive on a given day. Those are small things, and perhaps not possible, I realize.

Apartment management cares more about “political” posters in windows than they do about fixing the apartments up. Garage has been broken for a good 2 months with no repair. Same price will get you management that actually cares with more updated utilities in the same area

The maintenance guy was able to come in and help me with my door very pleased with his work i enjoy living at the freemont mews

Hello, I wanted to touch base regarding the door. This is about the fifth time the door has just remained open for over 24 hours. It’s extremely dangerous and unsettling considering there was just someone sleeping in front of the building last week. There’s constant excuses about the door as everything else that isn’t fixed on the property. Like I always state, this is the worse condition I’ve ever seen the property in. When the door isn’t wide open, it stays open for about seven minutes at times in which management stated it’s required for the ADA. That is of course is false information as you and I know that no door is to stay open seven minutes. When will this be fixed? I feel EXTREMELY unsafe and furthermore when will the property be back to how it was prior to the constant changes

Nice place to live. My unit was a little outdated but very fair for the price I paid for rent. Utilities always worked, the staff are always nice and helpful. My only problems were random “benefits” like paying $30 a month for someone else to throw my trash away maybe once a week, parking garage gate was frequently broken which led to several of my bikes being stolen, and packages stolen during holidays. But overall, it’s a nice place to live at a great location and I probably wouldn’t have moved out if not for life circumstances.
