Freelon Property Inspections

Thanks to Todd for providing consistent home inspections for my buyers and sellers. He gets to crawl in small places to make sure buyers and sellers are informed on their homes. My client today was number 13,844 his company has performed.

My inspection report was only 20 pages and contained only 12 pictures. A typical inspection report from competitors at the same price are around 80 pages with over 100 pictures. The company claimed their software was unable to upload more than 15 pictures per report. Email responses require calling the business and then waiting a minimum of 3 business days. The inspector found it more important to upload a picture of the sink with water inside, to show it drained slowly, than the charred attic walls indicating a possible fire. Since buying my house I have had numerous large issues that an inspection should have caught. Please note how many of the good reviews are from realtors. It is clear to me why my realtor recommended this inspector for a 1920s house to a buyer in their 20's.
