This company sucks. They bought my mortgage from a previous company and I don’t do business with them by choice. I was out of town for a substantial amount of time and forgot to make a payment (first time in my life it’s ever happened). Instead of calling me or emailing me they allowed the account to go delinquent and it brought my credit score from 821 to 733 instantly. They have no problem spamming your voicemail and email with unsolicited offers for refinancing, but they’ll act like they don’t know how to get ahold Of you when it matters.

THESE PEOPLE SUCK. THEY HAVE NO, ABSOULUTELY NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. I'VE BEEN TRYING TO GET IN TOUCH WITH A SUPERVISOR FOR 6 DAYS. IS THERE NO ONE WORKING THERE?

They took over the mortgage on my property. The house deed is in the name of my estranged husband and myself. I've paid 100% of our mortgage so far. I'm the only one in the house for a year. But when I call, they won't talk to me - NOT AT ALL. Why? Because I'm the wife. A woman. Yes, really. Only men can talk to them if you are married!! It doesn't matter if you are the only breadwinner in the house. Disgusting to be doing this type of discrimination in 2020!
