Freedom Hills Ranch Apartments

These apartments are trash. Never fix anything when needed. I’ve been calling to let them know I need things fixed and all they say is they are going to add me to the list. I was supposed to receive a clicker to open the gates and I’m going on a year and 3 months and still can’t get one. Emerald is very rude and has an attitude. They need new office assistance. DO NOT MOVE IN HERE.

Have had a roach problem for 1 year now. Said pest control has been done but still a HUGE problem. Can’t leave anything in cabinets, dishwasher or sink. For close to $1000 a month it’s a nice apartment, but that roach problem makes them feel filthy. Tried my own avenues for roach problem to NO avail !

I've been living here for 4 years, never had any issues with past management, this management however are extremely lazy, it's taken 6 months for my ice maker to get fixed, I haven't had a new air filter for about 4 months, they keep giving me the run around about the air filter, the apartments look terrible now, the walkways are filthy, there use to be maintenance to pick up the trash and keep everything clean, there are dead rats all over the place, the pool had green sludge and they took months to clean it, the mailboxes keep getting broken into and they blame the post office instead of trying to come up with a solution, and they shut off the resident app if you pay late just to force you to go to the store to get a stupid money order instead of paying with a card online. I have lived here almost a year now and I can say like most apartments I've lived at, nothing is ever perfect but so far its been pretty good. The office staff has always been kind to me and while it did take some time for maintenance to be able to repair a couple of things due to being short staffed it did get done. For the first few months there was initially a roach problem but it seems to be getting better with repeated pest control and my own personal pest control. The surrounding units can be a little loud at times but it honestly doesn't bother me too much. Unfortunately the mailboxes did get broken into a couple times. The playground and pool area gets littered and graffitied but thats more of a resident issue of not cleaning up after yourself and kids not supervised. Not everyone

Cockroaches everywhere. And they do nothing to fix it. Takes maintenance for ever to fix anything that's broken. The pool is hardly ever open or cleaned. Edit my review, we have lived here for 4 years now and I can count a handful of months on my fingers that my dishwasher has worked. There are still cockroaches. Maintenance does not give a crap except to fix apartments up so they can be filled in by residents that's about it. They only care about the amount of people they can get in these units and once you're in they don't give a crap about you anymore. That being said if you don't mind cockroaches or maintenance never coming to fix anything then these places are for you. It is a pretty complex on the outside and Relatively safe. And the schools around this area are okay.
