Freedom Estates

We've been here at Freedom Estates for just over a year. No problems. Maintenance is pretty quick. We just wish we could put up a privacy fence. There is absolutely zero privacy on our corner lot and for some reason there is not even a privacy screen fence on our patio or on the patio of the unit connected to us. Other than that, we really like the house. It has plenty of room and storage. The floor plan is very functional too.

If you want to live with 2-3 inch cockroaches (not being dramatic they show up all the time) and wolf spiders this is the perfect place for you . If you want to be told how to store items in your carport and what you can do with your own stuff this is the place for you. If you want your house vandalized from kids in the neighborhood this is the housing for you. If you want housing to harass you and bother you this is the perfect place for you .

Management is prompt to resolve issues due to maintenance. However we do experience issues with pest. I was told not matter how clean we are there will always be cockroaches in the house, we do have some and killed then on the spot since they play dead. The house also gets very cold in winter due to air drafts otherwise all is ok

5 years. Neighborhood seems really safe. Can't put a price on peace of mind. Maintenance is pretty prompt to respond to issues. All the windows are very drafty so it gets cold when its cold outside and loses AC easily in the summer.

Not a bad place to stay, especially being all bills paid. But the houses definitely need to be remodeled. Maintenance is always nice and timely. I’ve never had any issues with any one in the office, always nice to me. The only concern is the houses need to be updated.
