The owner knocked over a decoration I had on my tv stand at my apartment while I was not there and broke it. Did not make any attempt to reach out to replace it even though you can easily find the exact item online for ~$5-$10, did not even do the bare minimum of leaving a note apologizing. This tells me that the owner lacks accountability and honesty. This happened about 3 months ago so I gave him plenty of time to do the right thing.
