Fredericksburg Utility Billing

Their online payment system never works. I have called and told them but all they say is I have to delete my history and cookies on my web browser. I have done this multiple times and also tried different browsers and devices. This has been going on for almost a year. I'll change my rating when they fix there online payment system.

Couldn't pay my bill online. Turned out it was my fault because I didn't create a new account on their website. Which was necessary I guess because they set up a new site. Not sure why they can't transfer account information, but ok. New account created. Now I can't get into the new site. Internal server error. Hey City of Fredericksburg, an online payment service is not rocket science. Just want to pay my bill.

I took my 2 dogs to Fredericksburg City dog park yesterday for the first time since fall it was such a great day, the dog park was full of there friends. My service dog is a regular at the park and been going for years. My German Shepard was young last year and new at it but oh boy he didn’t forget about it through the winter. I got by the tennis courts and you would of thought I was killing these dogs in this van the barking and noises they were making. They knew where they were and where they were going, they were going to see there friends ❤️. We spent about a half hour there and I brought home 2 tired dogs that run there tails off continuously with there buddies. I love this place and so don’t Ready and Nico.

Tried several times to set up paperless billing. Could have been a server issue. Snail mail or phone calls will get you a quicker response.

Very easy and convenient to do and you don’t hav to leave your home. You can pay online. Everyone in the office is very sweet ❤️❤️❤️
