I believe that all communities have a potential to be a great place. It takes a well working staff throughout. It takes clean walkways, grounds decluttered, consistent monthly pest control, interactionsp with residents, Listening to legitimate concerns that are workable between the staff and the one that calls this complex HOME!

When it comes to renting or leasing an apartment I'm not only looking for a great luxury apartment, I believe it takes a knowledgeable management team. When it comes to making my decision I appreciate when the managers take the time to listen and understand what my needs are. The staff at Fredericksburg Place are the best! The eminities are a plus. Thank you for your professionalism.

I’d came in yesterday looking for a new place to call my home !!! Just came from Chicago !!! They made me feel very welcomed and gave me all the information to all my questions I’d asked… I definitely recommend these ladies here… the energy is amazing. Thank you guys

I greatly appreciate the attention of the manager and the people who helped me to live here, the attention has been excellent, I feel very comfortable, I see that there is a lot of security And I feel safe And when I asked to fix something they immediately worked on it. if you are looking for a place to live I recommend this place. I am beyond livid at the continued misinformation given by whatever management is "currently" in charge. 90 percent of what I have been told has no basis in tenant law and I firmly believe current management just wants my issues to disappear. If in doubt always speak to an attorney. Update. On. December 22nd 2024 I lost basically everything I owned due to a fire that was started in the unit above me. The lady who lived in that unit did not survive. The building has been declared uninhabitable and even though the complex had missed my date in court and my eviction for "non-payment" was dismissed the management refused to acknowledge I was at that time still a legal resident. This in turn put me in the position that Red Cross and others who turned out to assist and relocate folks to deem m
