Abundance of illegal discrimination wrapped in an extremely dangerous environment. From multiple Bethlehem Police Officers "as long as you are a light skinned woman, you will not be getting help from the landlord or corporate " I had a reserved handicap parking spot approved by the buildings lawyer through the ADA's reasonable accommodation process. Corporate then illegally refused to give me the spot once the new landlord was hired. Meanwhile, this landlord will illegally take the handicap spot. Pictures attached of red car. The nurse is s great and sets up our various shots each year. The Apts are nice and maintenance and office 1/24. Took few months to set up the mgt of the building and miss Susan who knew everyone and you’d see her often in the lobby. Hoping the 2 new people that came about 6/24, will become involved with the tenants. Downside Lehigh University behind us and all the bars in right in front and attracts the 20s crowd at night. The students don’t understand that the 4 benches are for our building and that they are on private property. Then at night, the college kids and older are outside our benches. Sadly new management blocked off our stair case with large concrete flower containers so we now have a much smaller area to hang out and we are way too big to be restricted to what is le

I am very happy with this building! I just moved in here. June 7th 2019 and everything is going well people are nice and very friendly ibcluding staff. Maintenance is very good at fixing things and prompt . Very happy with Fred B Rooney Building.

The property manager Susan is so sweet she explaine things so politely that I can understand I love the energy I felt when I walked in the building and her office God bless

I am very pleased with the way the managers attended me. They were very helpful. I also loved the way the apartment was clean and spacious!
