Beware. Inacurate calculations and they might as well not have a phone. I have a few simple questions and after countless voicemails spanning 3 months after closing, this title company has not returned a single call. I have never experienced this level of indifference from a "professional" firm. I highly recommend using another firm. Any other firm. My bet is that you would be hard pressed to find one that cares less than this one.
I've used Todd at Franklin Title for a number of closings for investment real estate properties. Todd and his staff are quick to respond and have made each closing easy for all parties involved.

Good luck trying to get someone to answer the phone or return emails. 30 days now and still no response. Way to go Todd.
Poor research of property deeds. They allowed a non-owner sell property. Does not return phone calls.
