I lived here for two years. When I first moved in, things were fine. After new management took over, the overall living experience noticeably declined. There were ongoing issues with inconsiderate tenants that were never meaningfully addressed. One neighbor regularly slammed doors late at night hard enough to shake the building. Another frequently played loud music without regard for others. I was even verbally confronted by a neighbor over a public parking space. Additionally, cigarette and marijuana smoke from nearby units regularly entered my apartment, which made the environment uncomfortable. What was most frustrating was the lack of response from management. Maintenance requests were slow or unresolved — I waited nearly two months for a dishwasher issue that was never fixed despite

If I could give less I would. Not many people that do live here like it. Work will never be done on your apartment. There are roaches that have infested several buildings. The pool is rarely open. Your stuff will be taken out of laundry. Anyone has code to get in. The office is rarely open. Update The court even gave me 3 months before my lease was up to keep my rent because of the shady way this place is managed. I did give several chances NO ONE should live with roaches infesting everything you own to the point you are throwing you own things away because you cannot fix it. The price they charge is FAR BEYOND what anyone should pay Mold and Bugs you can check with the local court on this property before you take that chance. I just don't want anyone to go through what my Family did.

It's great IF you like roaches, NO maintenance on hand for a year and counting, signing a lease THREE times and still not having the current one on file cuz they "lost it", smoke from weed, cigarettes and meth coming into your unit and hallways, and plain neglectful & irresponsible management.

One of my family members live at this property now and the so called management company and the property manager think they can play games with people and let certain people get away with not paying rent and many other things but target certain residents well my family member has reached out to lawyers and the state and also my family member has lived there for a better of two years and nothing in the apartment is fixed or been fixed. They never had issues until this property manager came in and thinks she can run the place her way all she is doing is taking this apartment complex down .They are trying to make this property something it will never be but just worse then it already is.I would not even recommend this property to my worst enemy. Candace - the lady in the office (who hasn’t been made manager yet) is the best thing this place has going for it. This place has been through so many owners & managers over the past few years, it’s hard to keep count. Every time there is a change, the response time on issues gets further & further delayed b/c they are more worried about trying to make the outside look better to justify the extreme rental increase. Yet, Candace has managed to stay on top of my request as best she can. I appreciate her & all the hard work I see her putting to try and keep this place a float. If she sees this, I want her to know, “You Rock!? “
