There were numerous hidden fees that were never clearly explained upfront, and the final costs were far higher than expected. 🚩 Red Flags Everywhere: Hidden Fees & Greed "This company is more interested in collecting fees than actually leasing. Recommend not working with Frank Moore & company specifically Sara Tinley. The Bait: Rushing you to pay the $55/person app fee. The Switch: Hiding a $300 admin fee and extra pet fees until the last second. The Greed: Increasing the security deposit after a high-income cosigner applied. They are predatory and lack basic transparency. I’m currently in the process of disputing my charges. Don’t let them waste your time or money."
