As an out-of-state purchaser and seller, Frank took the local lead to find, schedule, and meet any local vendors that were needed for each transaction. He did all of this promptly, professionally, and within my budget. On top of all this, he is just a guinely nice guy! He's one of the main things I will miss about Columbia!
