Professional photographers etc. beware. I have worked with a couple agents in the Anoka Isanti area. They don't like to pay for the home photography services etc. you provide. I will decline any business from them going forward. If you must provide photography services, demand a payment upfront... As far as them selling homes, I couldn't tell you if they are good or bad at it. I know that a lot of great people that do work there though.
