Excellent response from the maintenance crew. Javier did a great job communicating with me and repairing my fridge, even when it needed a new part.

This is an unsafe community. I delivered food to apartment 220 and she said someone stole her food from her door?? You have to have a code to get in??? So she’s saying the neighbors are thieves. Thanks for the heads up Christal. Don’t rent from here.

Love living at The Francesca for almost a year now. Thank you to the most prompt, competent maintenance man Javier Rafael!!! You guys rock!!!

It is literally our first day and Javier already took care of us more than once. We can tell it’s going to be wonderful living there.

Worst apartments I have ever lived im so glad my lease is coming to an end. First off my apartment was not updated like everyone else’s when I moved in as promise and let’s not forget the 6 times they had to repair my pipes because water was coming out of my light fixtures due to old pipes so they had to cut my wall open 6 times to fix the issue and on top of that the numerous times they have turned the water off and the 2 weeks we went without hot water in the whole complex. They have a roach infestation and also rat issues which you hear them scratching in the wall. And the ceiling is cracking which they just painted over it. Also have ants in my apartment and my upstairs A/C never gets cool which they have supposedly fixed but blame it on it being upstairs they have also changed propert
