Frame Melrose Apartments

I lived at Frame for 4.5 years and it has been the best rental experience in LA. The high ceiling and views are amazing to come home to. The management is on top of everything. Maintenance requests are addressed almost in 1-2 days. No stolen packages ever. Garage is locked with security cameras throughout the property. On site fitness center. In unit washer/dryer. Guest access of front gate can be controlled on your phone. When it comes to renting in LA, dont fall for luxury apartments with amazing amenities but they have management that ghosts you after you move in. I would recommend Frame over any of the high rises nearby because the management is honestly top tier. Thanks for the amazing years!

I've been living at Frame Hollywood for 2 years and absolutely love it. I live in a loft which is spacious, modern and quiet. There are plenty of building amenities including a small gym that fits my needs and a rooftop with amazing views that enjoy watching the sunset from. The location is great with a handful of nice bars, restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance. This is the 5th neighborhood I've lived in in Los Angeles, and it's definitely my favorite. The building management deal with issues promptly and are very easy to reach when needed. The garage parking is spacious and secure and there is ample street parking available for guests coming over to visit. No complaints whatsoever. Thanks Frame!

You will not find a better quality rental building in all of Los Angeles. The Lofts are amazing, well designed with convenience and style in mind, with tons of living spaces and 20 ft ceiling heights.

Best rental building in Hollywood. Premium design and high-end finishes. So much space for the price. Garage parking is great, but its easy to find street parking. And walkable to so much. There is even one of LA's best coffee shops on the corner. Highly recommend.

I've been living at 733 N Hudson for five years and its been great since day one. The building is like new and well maintained, including recent upgrades to amazing rooftop deck. It has a small gym which provides all you need. Management is on top of everything ASAP. Couldn't ask for a better location. A++++
