Foxwood Apartments

New resident, my apartment is very nice, I love that we have an elevator to make life easy. So far, pretty quiet overall. The application process for this place is quite daunting, but the ladies in the front office- Amy and Alisha are both very helpful. Listen to them and keep up with your communication and they will help you get through it, but be prepared to give it time to get all of the approvals done.

1/22/26: Updating review ONLY because Alisha Peacock called me back and she was professional and apologetic! They are currently experiencing staff shortages so I understand longer call back times. She was able to assist me with what was needed. I imagine once they are fully staffed things can get better. Do your due diligence and tour the apartments and ask questions. I did enjoy living here back in 2021-2022 and thought about going back with my current apartment search, but I cannot in good faith do that until the communication is better overall. I lived at Foxwood Apartments 4-5 years ago and it was great at the time. Recently I’ve been calling for two days straight to get a simple rental verification and no one answers the phone. My entire process was amazing from beginning to end. Tremayne kept me involved and in the loop throughout my entire process. Himself and Alyssa was very friendly and kind. Moved in today and will see how things go.

I've been a resident for 4 months and the team has been amazing with making sure request are heard. The staff is always helpfuI and I'm so glad to call Foxwood home. I just had a total knee replacement today and shade has still taken over the sidewalk. I spoke with Alisha & Amy for their help to avoid falling. The team made sure more ice melt was added so that I could safely get inside my home. I'm so thankful. Thanks always team. 😊

Beautiful apartments with great amenities the property itself is very clean and well-kept, and the community features are a huge plus. I really do love the look and feel of living here. However, communication and maintenance response times are a major issue. Getting in touch with the office is nearly impossible and emergency maintenance requests don’t feel like emergencies here they often don’t go through or take days to be addressed. Even regular maintenance requests typically take multiple days and usually several tries before they are completed. It also seems like only one staff member knows how to answer basic questions, while the rest are unsure or unable to help. Maintenance work often needs to be redone, and issues rarely get fixed the first time. I moved in without working heat
