Jake Elder!!! Jake Elder is hands down the best sales manager anyone could ask for. I felt like he had our backs throughout the house building and closing process. Every new build community will come with its struggles, but Jake softened those aching points and always worked with us to give us context, options, and ultimately a path forward. I can confidently say we closed on this property because of Jake Elder and we're truly happy with our decision!

I would assume there are few times where a client doesn't end up buying a home with the builder but still leaves a 5 Star review. I guess I am breaking new ground here (Pun Intended). But I would like to commend Jake Elder over at Foxfield for being one of the best Sales people I've ever worked with across multiple industries. His candor, attention to detail, and tenacity to try to get us into a home is to be applauded. I really put him through the ringer and he kept delivering every time. He went above and beyond to make a deal happen. The biggest thing about him was he truly cared and that is rare nowadays. If you get a chance to work with Jake, consider yourself lucky and I have no doubt he will make the building process as smooth as he can for a lucky family! Go Noles!

Highly recommend working with Jake Elder, the sales counselor at the Foxfield community. He spent hours walking us through everything from the site plan, the floor plans, and all the individual upgrade options to help us feel comfortable signing a contract. The community itself looks beautiful as well.
