Fox Ridge

FoxRidge was my home for just over two years. The beautiful landscape, pool, and local school are why I choose this complex. However, this is where the positive aspects end. The gates are always broken and extremely loud. (My bedroom window was next to the back gate.) The parking is horrendous and the parking lot is a field of pot wholes. Moreover, the people who work in the front office are rude, arrogant and very disrespectful! From leavings open faced notes accusing tenants of drug use to hanging up phone calls if you even politely disagree with them. There is no professionalism. For the last year of my residency, I video recorded EVERY interaction at the office! I have moved out now, but the issues continue. They are charging me for cleaning the bathroom (floor and bathtub photos below

I have lived in a lot of apartments. This one is by far the best one. The neighbors are quiet, no traffic sounds, there are lots of trees and grass, and often hear an owl and birds in the distance. Property is clean and kept up. And yes, this is an older property and some of the apartments are dated but I prefer the lower rent. There is a lot of cabinet and closet storage. The layout is great and many units are corner apartments with lots of natural light. I read the reviews and understand issues are going to happen but I have not had any trouble with office or maintenance staff (new maintenance lead this year). They have been kind and respectful.

This place is so nice and welcoming! I fell in love with it at first sight! Paige is very kind and is always willing to answer ANY question, even the ones I was sure were silly. Everything is well maintained and the entire complex is quiet and cozy. Love it here, no doubt!

Best apartment complex in Longmont. If you are good tenants they are excellent landlords! The front office is very kind and fields all sorts of requests. Maintenance is also swift and superb. They have incredible internet, if you do a bit of research. Feels like a home compared to other corporate apartment "prisons" nearby.

Lived here for almost six years and it was by far the worst experience I've had living in an apartment. There are potholes forming everywhere, and when they "repaved" the road and parking lots they practically just painted over the road. Everything is old and hasn't been replaced in who knows how long, and it took maintenance weeks to even get anything looked at or fixed. To top it off, me and my mom got kicked out for "renovation" without being offered another place to live, and we discovered that they did not indeed renovate as they moved someone into our unit two weeks later. I know that the office is going to try and minimize my review and most likely make it look as though I didn't live there, but I feel it's important for people to know what they're getting themselves into, especiall
