Fox Ridge & Lakeview Park Apartments

I recently began the search for a new apartment, so I scheduled a tour of both the Fox Ridge and Lakeview properties. I met with Danielle for my tour and she was wonderful! Very kind, professional, and able to answer all of my questions in detail. She truly went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable throughout the whole experience. I really appreciated the level of care all members of the staff gave me during my visit. The properties themselves are very nice and well maintained. I’m looking forward to applying!

I toured the property with Jessica and she was great. Super friendly, professional, and easy to talk to as well, answered all my questions and made the whole tour feel relaxed and enjoyable. You can tell she really cares about helping people find the right home. I’ll be moving in next month, and I’m definitely looking forward to it .

I want to share my terrific experience with the management team at Fox Ridge working through a recent issue. They were amazing in their professionalism, accommodating demeanor and overall support. This has been an outstanding experience for my mom who has lived here for over ten years.

My girlfriend lives here, and since the new management took over, they actually communicate and fix things! Things are really looking up. She was planning to move but decided to stay. It’s a beautiful property that’s well-maintained, with a great office staff!

We recently moved to Fox Ridge and are very happy with the community but we were disappointed with the previous management team. . They were unresponsive to all our service request. Thank God Aion is now the owners. Our dryer stopped heating up. Made a call and within a day we had a replacement dryer in place. Michael the maintence man was professional, courteous and friendly. Great job Michael.. .Made several other request to the new property manager and she was at my apartment the same day.. Great job.. looking for to living here for along time.
