Fox Ridge Crossing at Kelly Park

We had a wonderful experience at Fox Ridge Crossing. The owners and team are understanding, accommodating, and truly care about their tenants. The complex feels very safe, which was a top priority for us with kids, and the rent is very fair for everything that’s included. The amenities are great — especially the dog park! We’re so grateful for our time here and would absolutely recommend Fox Ridge Crossing.

This place is wonderful, the owners are very nice! The rent is reasonable and includes heat and hot water. The apartments are well laid out, open concept and modern. Management and maintenance are very responsive, any issues are reported in a portal app. For the sports enthusiast, there are many amenities such as a pickleball net, a fenced-in basketball court, a sand volleyball court and cornhole. If you like to sit in relax, there are many Gazibos with chairs spread throughout the property. There are fenced-in garden spots for rent during the summer and a new stone picnic area, complete with gas grills and picnic tables with umbrellas! I lived in this amazing apartment complex for 5 years! The management is amazing and they truly care about everyone who rents from them. My dog loved the dog park and the amazing walking area throughout Kelly Park. I made life long friends and this location will always hold a special place in my heart! Thanks Heidi and Scott for building an amazing complex in Lisbon. If you are looking for a clean, quiet and cute apartment this is your place to go! I did get my security deposit when I moved out even after 5 years so they are fair.

The tenants are awesome but the management is the worst place I’ve ever lived. They have entered my house while I was naked and coming out of the shower with no notice. They continued to enter my house without giving notice. They will take your entire security deposit with no explanation. they will tow your car during the winter without explanation. when maintenance fixes things incorrectly management, blames you and hold you responsible for payment. If you decide to live here, make sure that you record everything maintenance does. i would not recommend this place to a dog.

This is a beautiful, well-landscaped property in a great a community with a lot to offer the residents on-site including a dog park, basketball courts, and corn hole boards to name a few! I would highly recommend it! If you're looking for a place to rent in the Lisbon area--this is the place to be!
