Fox Property Management has been fantastic to work with! As a renter, any time an issue comes up, whether it’s a fence that needs replacing due to HOA standards or a tree that needs trimming, they handle it quickly and professionally. Their responsiveness to facility requests gives real peace of mind. A special shout-out to Richie, who has been outstanding whenever I’ve had questions about processes or procedures. He’s knowledgeable, patient, and always willing to go the extra mile. Overall, my experience has been excellent, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Fox to friends, family, or even strangers! 😃 If I had to note one thing, it would be to look at the follow-up on return calls from the front desk. On a couple of occasions I didn’t hear back from the receptionist, but I also know

I rented from Fox Property Management shortly before getting married. They helped us find a place within our budget and location. Chris walked us through all the documents be we signed. They even replaced the carpet before move in since the precious owner left it in poor condition. Since moving in over 6 months ago, I have submitted a few maintenance requests for things like the door knob going bad, AC, etc and they have been responsive in getting someone out. They will always get someone out to help us. My wife and I really appreciate the Fox Property team with Chris, Richie, Jasmine and the others. I recommend going through them if you are looking for a place.

Not only do I see the amount of pride that Fox Properties takes in the Preparation of their New Listings and ongoing repairs to their properties during Lease, I also own a Property that Fox Properties Manages. I get to see both sides of their operation and I couldn't speak more highly of their team. They don't cut corners... Great Company, Great People, Highly Recommend.

Fox property management helped me move into my first home! The application process was easy and far more enjoyable than I would’ve thought. They were very helpful in answering all my questions and in making sure everything was done before I moved in. Since being moved in I’ve had nothing but great experiences with their maintenance team as they are always prompt in replying and getting things done. Absolutely unprofessional. All we did was apply and see a house that they manage and was let down by the entire experience. Laura said the house was move in ready. The moment we walked in, the house reeked of pet urine. The house was nowhere near clean or presentable. Every toilet, sink, and tub in the house was stained. Bradley showed us the house and although he was kind and timely he could not answer any of our questions. He said he did a walk through a week before we saw it and made an inspection report, but could not recall the details of the report. If they left a week prior why was the house not cleaned before we saw it? Just in the kitchen alone, the shelving in the cabinets were sagging and stained, there's tile missing, the microwave sagged, the stove and dishwasher were severely
