Putting a 1 star not because of the whole business, but because of one lady that we rented from. Our lease, in Auburn, AL, was cut short in the middle of it because Mrs. Barbara Stokes bought it out from Hayley Management. She was the most ignorant and unreliable landlord I have ever had to go through. She ignored us for almost 2 months after she bought the rental. We had no way to pay rent and place work orders for 2 months. We had to go out of our way to get our AC Unit fixed because she kept ignoring us. She finally responded and the mess continued from there. She asked us at least 3 times a month since February, when we were moving out. She practically begged us multiple times if we would move out of the unit earlier than our lease said too. Worker men showing up at our house at 5/6am

Mr. Fox and staff were awesome! We rented for 5 years with Fox Properties and were always treated with respect. When we had an issue he had someone at our door within hours. He was always up front and honest. Honestly, we couldn't have asked for a better rental experience.

Mr. Fox and his staff are fantastic! We never had an issue. We rented for 2 years with Fox Properties and every time we had an issue with the property, Mr. Fox had someone at our door within just a few hours. Some think he is rude, but he is not, Mr. Fox is direct, and he doesn’t give you the run around. We were always treated with respect and kindness.

My family and I rented a house from Fox Properties for 5 years. Maintenance requests were always handled very efficiently and we never had trouble with the property management. They also have better rates than the competition, generally better properties for the money. 10/10, would rent from again.

Mr. Fox is the best realtor I've had so far. Wish I could get the house fixed but I don't think that is his job but the owner. I love fox properties. When i need mr fox he always step up. keep up the gd wrk.
