Fox Pointe Apartments

The apartment itself was decent and the location was convenient. Unfortunately, after moving out, a false eviction was reported on my rental history, even though there was no court-ordered eviction. This caused unexpected difficulties when applying for housing. I recommend future residents keep copies of all notices, payments, and move-out documentation to avoid similar issues. With clearer communication and accurate reporting, this property could be a better experience overall.

My experience with Fox Point has been nothing short of horrendous! I don’t live here, my daughter does. Reading review from last year about “snow” melting and leaking on the second floor and was brought a bucket and maintenance was done! Same thing happening now! Brought a bucket and the manager told my daughter to just move your bed! The leak is right in the middle of the room so not sure where she thinks she should move her bed Unfortunately for Fox Point I know the law and they HAVE TO FIX the leak. Breathing fumes from a wet ceiling can be TOXIC. Looks like they finally get it as things appear to be getting done! Legit moved in February of 2025 and have had cockroaches since moving in they send people to spray have us deep clean and move everything out of the cabinetsjust so they dont spray or look there? (who btw every few months just stop showing up )our apartments out for them to come in for 5 seconds and not spray or do anything and always marks 0 bugs seen even if im there to talk to the pest people and show them said bugs I have gone to the office many times called and taken photos and they still haven't gone away and now they just stopped spraying again so ig were stuck with bugs? Or why camt they clear the buildings and bomb?

Great service at this place. Kira Hemphill and Tiffiany Hines are great. For whoever wanna apply for a great place to stay in the Quad Cities at Fox Pointe, you will be amazed by a gracious welcome from these shining stars.

Maintenance is prompt. APP is easy to use. Love my apartment. Most of all the pool area is beautiful. Office personnel are always friendly.
