Nice family oriented neighborhoo d as long as you don't mind never having parking in front of your own home. Your neighbors will always have a guest parked in there. Don't worry though their guests will make sure to litter your lawn while they're at it as well.Never been so politely disrespected in the other 17 cities I've lived in .
