Fox Hunt Apartments

As a renter, I have come across so many bad property managers. After residing at Fox Hunt apartments, my perspective has changed. My experience with the staff was inviting, professional, and must of all helpful. I enjoyed living there and would definitely recommend family and friends to check it out. The landscape was well kept and the size of the bedrooms were marvelous. I enjoyed the ambiance of the clubhouse and office. Dawn and Eli were more than welcoming. The maintenance staff stayed vigilant, prompt, and I couldn't believe; they cleaned up behind themselves without a prompt. Awesomeness all around.

I just resigned my lease for the third year and I love it here. It's my first apartment out of college as a single woman and I feel so safe and welcomed. My minor maintenance requests are taken very seriously and are handled the same day. It is located close to so many restaurants, shops, and grocery stores. The rent is going up but, it is still the cheapest in the area for such a safe and clean home. I highly recommend working with Eli and Dawn to find your next home!

Dawn is the best property manager i have ever had ! If i need something or have a question her and Eli are always one call away . I love my apartment i have and would recommend this place for anybody hunting for a place to start their journey !

DO NOT RENT FROM THIS APARTMENT COMPLEX — Unprofessional, Disrespectful, and Careless In June 2025, I met with Eli at the leasing office to apply for a 2-bedroom ground-level apartment. I paid $50 for the application and $300 to hold the unit, with a confirmed move-in date of August 1st. From the start, I asked several times to see the apartment, but Eli refused. Even when I emailed again on July 20th to request a showing, he responded rudely and told me I would only be allowed to see it on move-in day. As someone with dark skin and an accent, I could feel I was being treated differently and disrespected. I’ve had a great experience living at Fox Hunt. The staff and management is attentive and always quick to respond to any requests. Maintenance is prompt and efficient, handling any issues I’ve had with no hassle. Plus, the rent is very reasonable for the area. It’s a solid choice for anyone looking for a well-managed, affordable place to live. 👍
