Giving an honest assessment of this business - I would definitely not recommend spending your hard earned money on one of their homes. Quality of craftsmanship is very poor. You can tell their homes are built in a hurry with no actual care. It’s the little things that matter. Rooms aren’t built to square. Baseboards are uneven. Doors aren’t sealed correctly. Cabinets and towel/toilet paper hangers aren’t installed properly. Marble countertop not sealed correctly. These houses are rushed and packed in a tiny subdivision.

Worst company ever do not buy from these people at all these guys are cheap and theifs they are all liars do not sub they will stay owing you money look at this home at 2213 onyx sandy creek homes in Corpus Christi do not buy that house it is built like this please be warned!!!

We purchase a New Town Home in the Sandy Creek Town Home area. Very happy with the fit and finish. Other than a few miner issues that were address in the walk through. Joel , Jr., Customer Service, Donna Vickers were awesome. Very professional. I would buy it again and highly recommend Fox Home Builders for your next Home

Bought this house brand new a few years ago, I loved this house and the price was decent, since then I’ve replaced every single vent on the roof from leaking, found out the foundation is basically bowel shaped, have cracks in the drywall in every room, cracked tile, and doors that don’t latch including the front and back, ppl who have come out to fix some of the issues told me they just try building these homes as fast and cheap as possible and I definitely see it being the case. And don’t expect them to come out to fix issues after you buy it they’ll avoid your calls like the plague.
