UPDATE 7/2/2021: Fox Energy came and inspected the project and did not charge us a re-inspection fee (since the error was on their part for not communicating their requirements). They were a hassle to work with, but eventually listened to us and worked with us. It would have been 5 stars if they had been easy to work with from the beginning. The owner of the company called me personally and from that conversation it sounds like they are now aware of the gaps in their processes and will (hopefully) be more prepared for energy inspections on remodels. ORIGINAL REVIEW: When I originally called Fox Energy to inquire about an inspection they were dismissive and difficult. I could not seem to get any information out of them.
