Fox Chase Apartments

The manager at Fox Chase is the best! She makes sure any issues are taken care of timely and is very friendly. It's beautiful and quiet here. I love being able to call Fox Chase my home!

I have lived at Fox Chase for almost two years and have no complaints whatever. My unit is gorgeous and well built. I enjoy privacy in a home surrounded by beautiful green space. The entire property is well maintained and the management is very attentive to maintenance and other service requests, which are completed promptly and professionally, making my life pretty much care free. I could not have found a better place to live when I decided to sell my home. I am very happy here and intend to stay here for some time to come.

I am not a renter but come to visit a former renter who thought she was making a good choice in her husbands favor by moving into Longwood at Oakmont (BIG MISTAKE) after 10 months of unfavorable living conditions they moved back to Fox Chase and could not be happier. This place keeps the landscape in pristine condition and the apartments are so bright and open.

I never received any statement within 4 months ,just an envelope from collection agency !!!after 4 months my lease ended up , they mailed out a bill which I am not aware of and almost a month lease cost !!!the funny part you get this bills from collection agency company which is Fabco not from management of fox chase. the management doesn't even respond your questions on your emails !! they also have very poor maintenance service too!!

The apartments are nice size and layout, but management is poor. Appliance repairs are not professionally done. When you move out, they charge you for standard cleaning and minor repair expenses that are normal wear and tear. Put your notice to vacate in writing by certified mail and on time or they will charge you an entire month's rent. Ridiculous experience, lesson learned.
