This is by far the worst company ever to deal with. The communication is horrible. Nobody knows nothing. I sent a certified letter with my security deposit and they stated they never received it when they told me to send it that way. Now I’m being charged a late fee because they didn’t get my security deposit mind you I paid my rent. Unfortunately I don’t work for UPS and have no control of how the mail is ran I have the receipt and documentation that it was sent. If I could leave I would. Your employees need better training on professionalism, and communication skills. There are still repairs that need to be done but y’all want my money. Please don’t do it. Find a different company. You have been warned.

The Fowler Co. has been managing my 2 properties for a year now. I have been very happy with their work. They transfer my rent money on time every month without delay. They are friendly, professional, and very helpful. They are easy to work with and I am very pleased and satisfied with their management. Since the Pearson Fowler ReVamp, this company is GREAT! Big Will was kind and helpful while I was a resident. The home owner of my property always made sure any issues were taken care of right away. They understand that we are humans and things or situations come about. They will do their best to work it out or help you find a solution. I would rent or let them manage my property. A team with Will, Pearson and Catherine… you can’t go wrong! Disregard those other older reviews… those people no longer work for the Fowler Company. It’s all family and will make you feel like family.
