Fowler Property Management

Kelly with Fowler has been absolutely incredible. At first, it daunting for me at first to lease from a property management company for the first as opposed to a traditional apartment complex. I almost backed out, but the broker Adam was upfront, honest, and personable and that is what sold me. He treated me as if I were buying. Kelly is the same. I feel like a client as apposed to a tenant/lessee. I was a multi property leasing agent and work as an account manager for a Fortune 500 company yet Kelly’s customer care is truly exceptional and some of the best I have ever seen. 10 stars. *wanted to add pictures from before I moved in on moving. I’ve received the best hospitality ever coming to Sunset Villa. The process was smooth, quick and with no delays. The office staff and residents are friendly and made sure my children and I felt at home. I’m grateful to say that my children and I was needing a home of our home after going 3 months of homelessness and we now have a place to call home. Thank you Sunset Villa, we truly appreciate you, but most of all, none of this could have not happened without our Lord and savior. Thank you, Daffany McCoy

Update 1/20/26 The repairs are getting done now. And everything seems to be going okay now. Not perfect but better. Now i'm dealing with the whole parking situation. Management isn't good, repairs dont get done. Haven't had heat since it started getting cold. They dont want to honor previous owners lease agreement. The rent amount and the payment date a completely different. Theny i was told they never received my lease from the previous owners.... I said ok, sent them the copy I had and still nothing.

Several times I have put in work orders with this property and some of them get completed and some of them get marked as complete completed and never get done especially the pest problem that I have complained about for months. The property manager changes every other week or every month and the most recent terrible communication I just had with a property manager named Kelly was very combative and argumentative with me when I am asking for just a few extra days to be able to move out once my lease is up and being told that I have not had February‘s rent paid at the last minute, although they have pending documents that they are to sign so they can be able to receive February‘s rent payment and have given me such a hard time I am six months pregnant and this by far has caused me with so mu

My Manager s Ms. Nina and Ms.Jameelah , better known as MeMe, Are Awesome!!! They take care of us as tenants and take care of property matters. They always hear all of what concerns us as tenants. I am Thankful for them both.
