Four Way Management

This group manages the apartments across from our HOA. For years they have opted to supply their residents with dumpsters that are completely inadequate. The local bears know that they can get a quick and easy lunch from these dumpsters. Earlier this week, not for the first time, our puppy found trash in our HOA that a bear had dragged up. There were chicken bones in the mix, and today it cost us $450 to have her treated by our veterinarian. The last time it was similar. Everything else about these apartments is WONDERFUL. There are beautiful rose bushes, it’s quiet and family oriented, and though there are cars in the parking lot that are obviously abandoned, there doesn’t seem to be homeless people camping out. I have loved living at the Beverly Road Apartments for the past 2 years. Four Way Property Management has been so easy to get in touch with anytime I needed them. Maintenance requests were responded to the same day if I put it in early enough, no later than the next day. Chevelle has always been very kind and has been able to help anytime I had an issue. I couldn’t be happier with the apartment, my neighbors and the easy communication between the property management. I highly suggest any of their properties. They’re one of the very few places in Asheville that is still affordable to live by yourself. East Asheville is a beautiful area right near the parkway. I have been at the New Bridge location for going on 6 years with my child. I have not once felt unsafe. It feels very tucked away and private though on a main road. Mostly long-term neighbors, friendly but we mostly respect each other's privacy and peace. Chevelle (Office manager) is fantastic at communicating relevant property information. The maintenance team are quick to respond and resolve. They've updated the property without abnormal rental increases over the past couple of years. Updated all of the wooden stairs and entryway patios. All back porches were torn down and rebuilt brand new within a few days and most recently they tore out 2 sets of cement steps and rebuilt with cement ramps and sturdy wide wooden handrails to better accommodate a disabled elderly tenant with a walker an

Kathy is the worst landlord you could ever have! Do not live in any of her apartments! Well if you looked at them you would not want to live in them anyways (pictures are old) . For 1, she lets black mold spread all through the house causing the neighbors to leave because of there new born baby which is totally understandable because I have a child! Shortly we left right after that. 2, did not split the water bill fairly with all four people living in the complex, charging people more than others when you KNOW you did not use that much water! and its a little odd that our water bill came from NY when we live right here NC. 3, Never repaired anything that needed to be fixed, like a landlord should! 4, You give your 30 day notice and she keeps the deposit! I have lived in two different properties for the past four years and I have not regretted it! Kathy is attentive and I have never had a problem with her. I have only had to put in a maintenance request form twice maybe and both times it was resolved either the same day or the very next day.
