Terrible never fund parking, we’ve sent a lot of emails for a solution and don’t answer. Every month we’ve paid for 2 parking spots and you can see many cars with out stikers in parking than we paid. Bad administration Yesterday, I spoke with Jenny, the property manager, who informed me that if no parking spaces were available, I could contact the towing company directly. When I later contacted the towing company, they explained that only the property manager is authorized to request a vehicle to be towed. This created some confusion and inconvenience. Everything has been good living here along with maintenance and everything. The only issue is the parking, there seems to be more people living here than parking available. I used to pay for the personal numbered parking but people would park in it multiple times so I reverted to the black blank space parking and the other night I was driving around the community from 12:30 until 4 am waiting for a spot to be available because I cannot risk parking in an empty numbered spot and have my car towed. The parking is my only complaint and would love to hear any solutions to this. Thank you.

One of the biggest issues my family and I faced was the constant smell of marijuana entering our apartment every night from our neighbor. The community advertises itself as "smoke-free" yet despite multiple complaints, management never resolved the issue. This made it extremely difficult for us to sleep or feel comfortable in our own home. My parents, my younger sister, and I had to deal with this for far too long with no support from management. Very poor experience with the property management. Despite having paid and formally applied for my parking sticker, I have been waiting for over a week without receiving any clear solution or even a timeline. I followed every required step, yet the process is stalled due to unnecessary and poorly managed bureaucracy. What makes this situation even more concerning is that vehicles have already been towed within the complex for not having a parking sticker, while residents who are trying to do things the right way are left without options because the administration does not allow the process to move forward or provide temporary alternatives. UPDATE: They will illegally tow your car even if you have the correct paperwork, parking decal and will not take accountability for any of the actions. After getting all our paperwork sorted out with the DMV the following day we registered the car and got the decal required to park. We parked in a non assigned spot and the following day woke up to our car being towed. Yes, this caused us to miss work. When asked why our car was towed if everything was set up correctly, there was no apology we were just told to go pick it up. No one gives us information who called to get our car towed, we are told the scanner of the repo company scanned the car to another vehicle “another lie” as the dmv clarified this information is changed immediately.
