Fountains of Wauwatosa

Julia, the property manager, is fantastic! Throughout my 2+ years living here she took great care of us, from small maintenance requests to ensuring we always had what we needed. Great communication, and very fair rent. I thoroughly enjoyed living at the Fountains, and would return in a heartbeat if my work takes me back to WI.

I have been living here for almost 4 years, when I have a repair need I get a quick response & follow up if I there will be a delay. I needed a new kitchen floor I did have to wait & was given the eta when the floor materials would arrive. That promised was kept & when I saw my new floor I was very happy with the new floor, it matches my caramel colored cabinets & young man who installed it did it beautifully & professionally. He deserves a raised he is always prompt, kind & professional I prefer him to fix all my repairs in my apartment!

I absolutely loved living here! The rooms are spacious, the buildings are well-maintained, and have all the amenities I needed. The allotted parking is very generous and the location is perfect, close to shops and adjacent to a park. The management team is responsive and friendly. Julia the manager is amazing and flexible. Highly recommend!

I have lived at the Fountains of Wauwatosa for 5 years. It is an older complex that is well maintained and is on an updating schedule. There is a park to the east and south of the complex. It's nice to have green space instead of apartments and concrete around me. The apartment manager and the maintenance crew are the best. I would recommend this complex to anyone looking for a great place to live.

Very good experience. Nice apartment, nice view, quick maintenance, safe. Julia helped us a lot during move out of Wisconsin. I will definitely recommend living here in Wisconsin. We moved out. i miss the beautiful patio !
