DO NOT LIVE HERE – WORST APARTMENT EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE If I could give zero stars, I would. The Fountains of Rosemeade is the most unprofessional, dishonest, and poorly managed apartment complex I’ve ever encountered. They will sell you a dream, take your money, and then completely fail to provide even the basics of decent housing. From the moment I paid my deposit, it was an emotional roller coaster full of delays, lies, and last-minute changes. I was approved through Section 8, so most of the rent was already covered. Yet they kept changing my move-in date and unit, making it nearly impossible to get my utilities set up. Then, out of nowhere, they tried to charge me an additional $700 for a “secure credit check” that was never mentioned during the application process—even though I wa

DAY 3 WITH NO HOT WATER!!! When I go to the office one day they say they're working on it. The next day they're waiting on a part. We haven't got any notice or explanation of why we're living like pioneers heating water to bathe or do dishes. Management has failed to inform tenants who pay to live here what is going on. 3 whole days and the way it's going we will have none he whole weekend. This is unacceptable on every level. Last week the water was off.one day for the ours and the following day as well. And when you go to the office to simply ask why there's no hot water they are Rude like it's your fault. Emergency is one thing but having plumbing problems every week is bad. If you come to live here, keep bottle water in case you need to shower!!!!

I would like to express my heartfelt thanks to Tante and Betty at the Fountains of Rosemeade for making every office visit effortless by responding to and handling my requests promptly and efficiently also for consistently showing remarkable kindness and courtesy; the two women are outstanding in their roles and always willing to help whenever needed.I’ve been a resident for three years and haven’t had any issues.

I went to look at these apartments today. I was very disappointed. The price is perfect, BUT the grounds were horrible. The agent walked me to the model apartment, immediately when I walked in I mentioned that the place reaked of cigarette smoke. I was in shock at her response. She said “ oh thats just the upstairs neighbors”. I replied, well honey I can tell you this I won’t be leading here simply because of that. If you don’t fix a ciggerette smell in the model apartment how would I expect to repair other stuff… y’all just lost a tenant

I am a tenant here right now and I wouldn’t recommend these apartments to anyone alive. They have roaches; they’re very unprofessional and the trash is always piled up around the trash, it’s disgusting. I most definitely will not be renewing this lease
