Our maintenance guy Gerardo is the best ever. I say this because, I've had a leak coming from the apartment above me and the maintenance guy at the time came to fix my ceiling but he did a horrible job. When I informed the office about the work that that was done Martha sent Gerardo and I want to let him and everyone to know that he did an Excellent job.
