I had an excellent experience with the customer service at Fountains at Tidwell Apartments! From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. The tour was thorough and informative, and they took the time to answer all of my questions without making me feel rushed. Crystal, the manager, is truly excellent. She was friendly, professional, and clearly very knowledgeable about the community. She made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable, and it’s clear she genuinely cares about providing great service. If you’re looking for a place where the staff is attentive and the customer service is top-notch, I highly recommend checking out Fountains at Tidwell Apartments!

Visiting the Fountains at Tidwell Apartments has been such a great experience! The community is well-kept, the location is convenient, and I’ve felt comfortable and at home since day one. What really makes this place stand out, though, is the staff — especially Ms. Nakia Harris. She is truly wonderful and amazing! 👏🏽 From the moment I walked in, Ms. Harris made sure everything was clear, smooth, and stress-free. She’s professional, kind, and always willing to go above and beyond to make sure residents are taken care of. Whether it’s answering questions, handling paperwork, or helping with anything around the complex, she does it with a smile and genuine care. If you’re looking for a place to call home in Houston, I definitely recommend Fountains at Tidwell and make sure you ask for Ms. N

The management here is Awesome! The property is undergoing renovations and they are amazing! Ms Dawn Robinson helped me through my whole process answered every question I had and called back promptly each time I had a question! The property was clean no solicitation and very safe area for my kids to play with the amenities. Thank you Ms. Robinson for your diligent work ethic and great customer service!

Brittany, Nakia, and Crystal are awesome!! They always make sure they call me back at a timely manner with whatever concerns I may have. They are also doing an awesome job at repainting our apartments!!
