Fountains at San Remo Court

Great value for the price—considering the location and nearby conveniences, it’s definitely worth it! Excellent location with easy access to nearby neighborhoods and main roads, plus lots of places nearby for food, shopping, and daily errands. The Publix is within walking distance and a new Plaza was built within 10 minutes driving distance which has a Crunch gym, Sprouts, T.J.MAXX & several dining options. Love the pool and there is an open area where you can sit and bask in the sun and relax while looking at the fountain.

Lionel was efficient with the work that he did. He responded to the maintenance request fast and was super friendly. He had the AC working in no time and knew exactly what needed replacing. I’m glad we have someone like him on the premises. Thank You so so much.

Listen!!!!! My review may be a bit long butttt worth the read. Jessica is A M A Z I N G! I believe the staff itself is hands down perfect but Jessica went above and beyond from the time that I called! “The quickest move in” as we call it because she was attentive; communicated with me everyday. She’s even stayed behind to see to it that my babies and I were in our place by the date that I needed. Now the unit… BEAUTIFUL! My kids love it. My neighbors are so nice and welcoming. Let’s just say this was the perfect New Year’s Day for my family and I.

Janitza and Jessica were amazing. They made the process so easy and was willing to help with all my questions they had answers. As soon as I arrived, I knew it was soon to be home. Everything was lovely and had a smooth process. Jessica was the best at assisting and keeping me updated throughout the process I give them a 10-10

I had a great experience with the maintenance team. Lionel handled the request quickly and professionally, he was very knowledgeable, and respectful. The issue was fixed thoroughly and everything was left clean and in working order.
