Fountains at Point West Apartments

I lived at this property from April 15, 2025, to January 30, 2026. During that time, my car was broken into three times, with the windows smashed on two occasions, including once in the underground parking garage, and it was towed multiple times. Management waived my lease termination fee following the initial incidents but took no further action. Safety issues continued, including another break-in of my vehicle and repeated attempts by someone to break into my apartment while I was home alone. The gate to the underground parking garage was broken and management knew about it, and the door to the building on the street side was broken open for over a week, giving anyone access to enter. I contacted security during these incidents and no one answered, and I filed multiple police reports. I

Love the location and area of the apartments. The tour was quick and easy thanks to Mrs. Mondragon she was very descriptive about the rent/bill pricing and availabilities, made everything easy for my fiancé and I to understand as new applicants on top of the welcoming energy we received as soon as we step into the office. Mrs. Mondragon stayed very consistent with my fiancé and I during our application process and we were approved within 48 hours. VERY MUCH BIG-UPS to Mrs. Carla Mondragon and the rest of the staff at The Fountains, I highly recommend for any new & young families this place instantly felt like home

I’ve been living here for six months, and my experience has been wonderful. Carla has been extremely understanding and knowledgeable, making my out-of-state relocation less stressful. She was always responsive, answering all my calls and emails promptly. The community is beautiful, management and maintenance teams are always helpful—any service requests I’ve had were completed the same day. Glad to call this place home.

Quiet, clean, and super relaxing complex. The neighbors are friendly but mostly keep to themselves. It’s dog-friendly, but you honestly barely ever hear dogs barking. Carla in the office is amazing and always really helpful. The unit is easily a 9/10 — clean, spacious, and updated.

Living at The Fountains at Point West was disappointing due to ongoing maintenance issues and lack of management access for both my partner and I. Within one year, we experienced multiple plumbing problems, including leaks, broken ac/heat that needed a whole replacement during the summer, clogged pipes, old plumbing (stated from maintenance that the “pipes were old and wore down so much”), and issues with an aging water heater. There were also multiple water shutoffs during our tenancy, at times with limited advance notice, which affected basic daily activities and added to concerns about the reliability of the building’s infrastructure. The property manager was consistently unavailable. We could not reach her by phone or in person and never once saw her on-site through the whole year of
