Fountains at Millenia Apartments

Please don’t move here. I moved in a couple of months ago and have submitted multiple work orders for problems in my apartment, but nothing has been fixed. I’ve also sent several emails asking for updates and have received no response. The complex is quick to charge rent and fees, but maintenance requests are clearly not a priority. The property is not well maintained, there is trash around the complex, and cars are often in the way. Management should do better along with the maintenance team . Overall, the lack of communication, unresolved issues has been a frustrated experience . I would not recommend living here.

Let’s start with this place is NOT WORTH LIVING HERE!!! First they don’t fix nothing at all I put work orders in and months later they come to fix . I failed inspection since I been here cause once again they don’t fix anything. Second the roach problem is crazy they will have pest control come and spray with some what I call (sugar water) cause it don’t kill them at all it just brings more of them out ! Third the amount of crimes here is CRAZY there was swat here the cops an under cover cops stay in here driving around I won’t let my kids outside! Forth the amenities that comes out my rent you can’t use the pool is always closed cause they don’t pay the water bill that was told to me by the city themselves.. Wilkins stopped by to fix our smoke detectors promptly, shortly after we put the work order in last week. In the process he fixed our dishwasher that hasn't worked since move in, about 6 months ago. Much appreciated!

If I can give this place less stars I would, first let me start with the lack of maintenance, don’t rely on the reviews the maintenance man here only helps a certain type of demographic here. I put in a request months ago with no response, the water heater went and I put in a request took them 2 months to fix it. Me and my kids had to bathe in cold water, the guest bathroom water faucet doesn’t work at all put in a request even went down to office and still no one helps. They love leaving letters on your door with threatening evictions. They never answer the phone or emails. There charging me an extra $250 towards my rent for mistake that they did. Also the washing machine broke which I put in a request months ago and still no one came. I will be filling a complaint with the housing depart

Edit as of Nov 17, 2025 I would like to change my review of this property as of now, the pool has been open during the day and closes at 5:30 Mon-Fri. As far as roaches,I have successfully gotten rid of all roaches in my home! It took a while and lots of pest control products but, with help from the office scheduling the exterminator for the fogging, they are officially gone. I also keep my apartment extremely clean! The maintenance has responded to every single call I have made. The only thing we have needed help with the hasn't been fixed yet is our dishwasher leaking. I handwash anyway so not a big deal. Where my apartment is located it's actually extremely quiet and I'm very pleased with that. The common areas could be cleaned better but, at some point our residents need to take respon
