I have been living at the fountains of Delray for over 15 years and I have seen it all. Pablo is a blessing and he is the most diligent person when it comes to repairs and how he handles his crew. This property is now immaculate whereas in the past it was either a complete mess or there was lack of attention to handling tenants needs
Great Place to live! The maintenance team are AMAZING! Mr. Pablo and Mr. Daymel helped me with a few repairs around my apartment in a timely fashion and were extremely kind. Their customer service was top notch and I am very grateful for their assistance. Keep up the good work!
Excellent attention from the maintenance team. Reynier and Pablo were quick and efficient: they repaired the A/C and adjusted the heating because it was very cold. Now the apartment is comfortable again.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had Pabloo come out to fix our door here at The Fountains at Delray, and he did an outstanding job! He was professional, friendly, and very thorough in his work. The repair was done quickly and the door works perfectly now. It’s great to have someone so reliable and skilled taking care of our community. Highly recommend Pabloo for any maintenance needs!
The new maintenance supervisor Pablo is amazing. I feel so much safe to here now that the lights were installed I can walk my dog after 11 pm and not worry. It’s also much cleaner he has done an exceptional job. Maintenance requests are handled faster than ever
