I was told by Kim because Morgan said I threatened her (which never happened my lease was terminated) and after having a visit from heathy homes due to you guys never coming to fix repairs. You got upset which is on video and placed a note on my door saying I would not be able to reach out to the leasing office via phone nor come inside. So I reported you to healthy homes which really made you upset right Morgan... so you called Crystal and had her tell Kim I threaten you. and when Kim called I was advised due to being unhappy and constantly complaining about repairs not be

I am loving my new home here at Fountainhead, they keep them up very well and it is so peaceful and quiet. The staff Morgan is so helpful and nice and very understanding. So I referred my mom to Fountainhead apartments, she going to love it. Love how quick maintenance is. I have been here 5 months.

So far so good. I moved in mid-September. I put in a maintenance request recently and was shocked/impressed at how fast it was addressed, faster than previous “luxury” apartments I’ve lived in. There does appear to be a decent amount of crime in the area though so I do like the extremely bright parking lights. Hoping they do some kind of nightly ride through though with KCPD like my previous apartments did.

Morgan the manager was so gracious, during the tour, she was so patient. My sister went along with me during the tour, and the apartment was well put together. Smell nice too. She, left me know the process. Just an overall sweet personality.

I’ve lived here since June 2024. This place is infested with spiders. There’s geese poop all over the property. They empty the dumpsters only twice a month, it seems. They do not have groundskeepers. The maintenance team is insufficient. My experience here has been nothing short of hell. The office team is rude, they do not resolve issues. There’s constant miscommunication. I moved here with the impression of this being at least an okay property. I wouldn’t suggest you move a stray cat to these apartments.
