Fountain View Apartments

I wanted to share a positive review of the apartment complex. The property is always clean and very well maintained, which makes a big difference in day-to-day living. Jun, the property manager, does a solid job overseeing operations and making sure everything runs smoothly. Maintenance requests and tenant needs are coordinated through him, and he works closely with Bruce and Carlos to get things handled efficiently. Bruce and Carlos are great at addressing the needs of multiple tenants with ease. They’re responsive, helpful, and consistent in their work. Together, the three of them function as a strong team, and it shows in how well the complex is kept up. Overall, the upkeep of the property and the teamwork of the staff make this a great place to live.

I lived at Fountainview Apartments for 5 years and highly recommend it. The property is clean, safe, and ideally located near Griffith Park and downtown Los Feliz. The manager, Jun, is attentive and reliable, and the maintenance team (Carlos and Bruce) handle requests quickly and with care. The grounds are well-kept with a pool, grassy area, tables, and grills. Best of all, it’s very pet-friendly and home to some of the cutest dogs and cats around.

I really loved living at Fountain View. Jun was a great property manager, always responsive and willing to help, and maintenance was done in a timely manner. The walls are a little thin on the bottom floor, but that is the case with many LA apartments. Neighbors are generally friendly and it’s lovely to be so close to so many great neighborhoods.

Fountain is a great complex to live in. The community is relaxing and feels safe, thanks to Jun, who is always on top of everything we need in the complex. I highly recommend.
