Fountain View Apartments

The picture you see on the website is not the apartment. You'll get when you come here. It's been airbrush, and that was told to me by the manager. There are crack walls is cold in each bedroom. All through your apartment in the wintertime. Through the patio doors and the windows, the whole place needs to be revamped. The windows need to be changed. They have flabby screens and flabby. Dwindles, there's only one washing dryer in each building and all of them are raggedy. They stop. They break down the light under 6 units in each. Building, they have very, very, very, very l Lazy lazy lazy lazy lazy. Lazy maintenance. People who don't wanna do what they're supposed to do and talk about the tenants to the other tenants. This is not a good place to live. The rent goes up $50 every month. Noth

We moved into Fountainview after we sold our home and were waiting for a new house to be built. We thought we would be at Fountainview for six months or less. We wound up being there for about ten months. We found Fountainview to have been the best choice we could have made. The buildings are a little older than others but that is more than offset by the wonderful treatment we received. Management and office staff were very friendly and accommodating and the maintenance staff was friendly and extremely responsive to anything we needed. Fountainview was "home" for ten months and we highly recommend it to any in need of an apartment in the Crown Point area. Great people and a nice stop on the road of life.

Awful management and ownership- windows all rotted and nothing is up to code. Ask for any type of proof that they update their units from resident to resident. Laundry rooms DISGUSTING.

This place is only for seniors 55 and older..don't waste your time trying to get an apartment, and they were pretty rude and never answer the phone

Really sad that they exclude kids. It should be listed as an adult living area, not as an apartment complex. Very misleading.
